There was this overwhelming feeling,
That I wanted to visit all the beautiful sites on earth and cry,
being so close to a planet that loved me and supported me in a way
That was so miraculous and precise it would make me feel whole inside.
I could feel my bond with our mother deepen in nature,
Reminding me of the simplicity of Eden.
Call it misguided frustration
or a deep seeded separation,
but sometimes we get so caught up in doing
that we forget the origins of our making.
Exploring the earth felt divine
because there was naturally a relationship of balance
of giving and taking,
of holding out and caving.
Returning to the origins of my making
Always felt heavenly.
